Beth Ditto arrested, facing prison after 'kicking barman in the groin'

Beth Ditto has been arrested and faces a possible prison sentence after an altercation with a bartender.

The Gossip singer reportedly kicked the barman in the groin while out in Portland

Ditto was in a bar on Friday (March 15) evening when the incident took place. She is said to have been prohibited from the venue for being 'too drunk'.

The 'Heavy Cross' singer was unhappy with staff at the city's Bungalow Bar just prior to her exit from the venue, and kicked the barman in the groin following the disagreement. 

An onlooker said: "By 1.30am Beth was completely blackout drunk challenging people to fights. My friends and I headed over to the Bungalow from the Alibi only to be met with Beth's belligerent asshole posse.

"We got our drinks and went out to the back, only to hear her and her friends breaking s**t.

"15 minutes later, she was arrested for being a complete f**king c**t. The bartender called the police because she kicked him in the balls," they added.

Ditto was charged with disorderly conduct and is now waiting for a court date. She could face a custodial sentence of up to six months.
