Von D uploaded the tattoo on her Instagram page, writing: "Just did the RADDEST tattoo on @MileyCyrus.
"A miniature rendition of a da Vinci anatomical heart!"
Cyrus's latest tattoo is positioned underneath previous body art of the Roman numerals VIIXCI.
Her other tattoos include the word 'love' on the inside of her right ear, crossed arrows on her back, and a cross, heart and peace sign on her fingers.
Cyrus is rumoured to have split from herHunger Games actor fiancé Liam Hemsworth.
Sources have claimed that the couple have "split for now", although Cyrus is said to be hoping to reunite with Hemsworth when he returns from his trip to Australia.
