will.i.am: 'Tulisa isn't suing for Scream & Shout royalties'

will.i.am has brushed off claims that Tulisa Contostavlos is suing him over 'Scream & Shout'.

The X Factor judge co-wrote a different version of the track called 'I Don't Give a F**k' with Jean Baptiste and recorded it for The Female Boss.

She planned to release it as her third single, before will.i.am took the song and re-recorded it with Britney Spears.

He claimed that the producers didn't want Contostavlos to have the beat, but subsequent reports suggested she waslaunching legal action to receive royalties.

"There is no suing. That's just silly. That needs to be cleared up because that's just silly. It's not real," will.i.am told the Daily Star Sunday.

A source close to Contostavlos had previously said: "Tulisa is still fuming with Will for taking the song off her. The fact the song blew up only makes it worse."
